Jess Dahlberg is a high-performance expert and seasoned people and performance project leader with more than 15 years experience across various industries. After seeing 100s of small businesses and startups embark on scaling without critical foundations in place, in 2018 she founded Jess Dahlberg - a consultancy dedicated to aligning people to performance and creating a scale-up ready culture.
